MEDICINAL MUSHROOMS FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

The research on herbal remedies for rheumatoid arthritis is exciting—and what they’re capable of is even more so.

Just like reishi and even maitake, chaga contains powerful antioxidants that can protect cells against free radical damage, as documented in this 2012 review—and this includes the harmful inflammation caused by autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis.
